Has the follwed the procedures below to qualifty animals for an All Natural Program:

1. That these animals have been raised from birth in a humane, unconfined manner, using no antibiotics, no synthetic hormones, no steroids and no synthetic growth promotants; that to the producers knowledge, all animals receiving medication have been identified by a red or green Temple brand eartag in the right ear and been removed from an All Natural Program.
2. That vaccinatinos were administered subcutaneously or in the shoulder area only with no more than 2.5cc per injection site.
3. That the following items have not been used in the production of these animals and that all feedstuff labels have been checked to be sure that feeds used in the production of these animals does not contain: antibiotics, animal-by-products, ionophores or growth hormones of any kind.
4. That access will be provided upon request to periodically inspect the livestock premises and test the feedstuffs and water for chemical and antibiotic residues.
5. That permission is granted to randomly test carcasses for chemical and antibiotic residues.
6. That if the producer desires to retain ownership to slaughter, it is agreed that the lambs/goats will be fed at a certified feedlot.

The undersigned certifies that, to the best of his/her knowledge, while under my ownership, possession or direct control, none of the livestock described herein are adulterated within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, i.e., none of the lambs/goats have been fed any feed containing ruminant derived meat and bone meal as required in 21 CFR 589.2000 and none of the livestock will have an illegal level of drug residues.

This certificate shall remain in full force and effect until revoked in writting by the undersigned seller and such revocation is delivered to the Buyer of said livestock.
